Clients who maintain a balance at the end of one invoice period well be assessed a surcharge equal to 5% of the total balance being carried forward. We regret we are unable to commit our resources to any student for whom the invoice has not been paid, in full, by the end of the second month. Any hours going beyond the package purchased will be billed at the pay as you go rate.
